01 - Tell us about your project
Tell us what you're looking to accomplish. We’ll discuss your ideas, priorities, budget and timeline, and determine the best approach for your project.
02 - Site Visit
We’ll visit your home to assess the existing space, understand the scope and identify any potential considerations before preparing your proposal.
03 - Detailed Proposal
Once the project is approved, our team coordinates the construction process from start to finish. We manage the work, communicate progress and keep you informed as the project moves forward.
04 - Built Right
We’ll develop a clear proposal outlining the scope, materials, pricing and anticipated timeline. Depending on your project, we can provide design-build services or coordinate with trusted designers, architects and engineers when specialized drawings, permits or structural work are required.
05 - Completion
We’ll walk through the finished project with you, address any outstanding details and make sure the work has been completed to the agreed-upon scope and Pinewood’s standards.

There isn’t one pricing model that makes sense for every renovation. Depending on the project, we’ll either work on a time and materials basis with a management fee, or provide a fixed lump-sum price for the work.
We’ll explain which approach makes the most sense for your project and what’s included before we get started. No guessing games, and no surprises where we can avoid them.

There will be some dust, some noise, and at least one moment where something takes longer than expected - it’s a renovation, after all.
But we’ll deal with the problems, keep things moving, and clean up when we’re done. You shouldn’t need a second job just to manage your contractor.
