We take on a wide range of residential renovation and construction work, both interior, exterior, and outdoor spaces.
From small updates to larger projects. Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, flooring, tile, countertops, decks, fences, drywall, painting, trim, doors, framing, to general carpentry.
If it’s part of the renovation, we can usually handle it.

There isn’t one pricing model that makes sense for every renovation. Depending on the project, we’ll either work on a time and materials basis with a management fee, or provide a fixed lump-sum price for the work.
We’ll explain which approach makes the most sense for your project and what’s included before we get started. No guessing games, and no surprises where we can avoid them.

There will be some dust, some noise, and at least one moment where something takes longer than expected - it’s a renovation, after all.
But we’ll deal with the problems, keep things moving, and clean up when we’re done. You shouldn’t need a second job just to manage your contractor.
